Day 3 - San Francisco

Friday morning, the 3rd day with Furry and Netty and we have got our luggage at last. It was delivered last night at about 11 after many calls to the Emirates help line to clarify phone numbers and delivery address. Their procedure for lost luggage does seem to work quite well, most likely because it happens a lot.

Yesterday Netty gave us a guided tour of San Francisco, from the city centre along the bay towards the Golden Gate Bridge and then on past the Ferry Building & Farmers Market, Fisherman's Wharf, Fort Mason, Marina Green, Crissy Field and ending up at the bridge. We looked around the fort built under the bridge and took a few photos before moving on along the coast.

Our next stop was the de Young Museum situated in the Golden Gate Park. some lovely art is on display including a Picasso sculpture and a few Dali paintings.
